Working closely with a range of partner organisations and local residents & businesses, Harworth Group is creating a brand new place called Waverley. A mix of quality new homes, the UK's leading Advanced Manufacturing Park and a mix of community uses including a new school, neighbourhood centre and 300 acres of lakes and green spaces, it is an exemplar new development scheme and the best of brownfield regeneration.

THE WAVERLEY VISION

Our vision is to create one of the UK's biggest and best brownfield redevelopments. This includes:

Over 3,000 quality new build homes (1,700 are already occupied);
An Advanced Manufacturing Park (the AMP) on 150 acres of land, where the likes of Rolls-Royce, Boeing, the University of Sheffield's AMRC and McLaren Automotive are based;
Community uses including a new primary School and Olive Lane, our next development creating a new heart for Waverley including restaurants, coffee shops, a medical centre and community centre.
300 acres of green spaces including two large lakes and a new 20 acre formal park that will begin to be constructed during 2024.
