Highwall Park Damage

We have been made aware of some issues regarding the play equipment on Highwall Park.

The bolts holding the climbing apparatus together have been purposely removed resulting in the timber becoming loose which is not only vandalism; a criminal offence, but, more importantly, could have serious consequences for any child using the equipment.

We urge anyone who witnesses the park being used in an inappropriate way or sees any instances of Anti-Social Behaviour to email Waverley@harworthgroup.com so that we can report this to the police. Failing that, any incidents can also be reported using 101 or online Report a crime | South Yorkshire Police.

The park is a long-awaited addition to the community and should be able to be enjoyed by all users. Ultimately, should this continue, we will be left with no option but to remove the equipment entirely.
